2003 - 2004 VISION STATEMENT

Our vision of Downtown Coeur d’Alene is to remain the heart of our community preserving our heritage and providing a prosperous and livable environment.

In pursuit of this vision, the Association will:

• Develop a five year strategic plan
• Conduct an audit of Association’s financial records
• Modify fiscal year, fiscal policies, and BID billing to ensure stability, accuracy of records, and quick response to member concerns.
• Establish a good procedure of dealing with individual BID complaints.
